I don't think it's tails anymore. It just doesn't add up. Tails is experienced and wouldn't make a mistake like not changing all the things in the rules. Tails is also crazy active, so it's really weird that they haven't responded already. Then again, Tails is also less active than usual, but that can just be chalked up to nationals. I dunno.............
