Sorry guys, assassinator was in the hospital for quite some time. I must have aimed my gun the wrong way.

You all failed to look at the entire clue for now sweetcoop is dead. Mew is also a synonym for a cage or a coop. Smarties are candy. Sweetcoop said the reason why he chose his name was because candy is sweet and chickens live on a coop. I gave you guys a hint by saying "find the meaning".
To kill sweetcoop, all I had to do was invite my whole school, which is one of the largest in the city, on a field trip to BV, sweetcoop's town. As some of you may know, sweetcoop HATES tourists. I got everyone to follow him around for a few days. Eventually, he couldn't stand to see thousands of people around him so he took his own life in the river.
