depends on your plane but you want to get a thicker sized motor if it doesnt climb enough

I'm not quite sure if my answer is correct, but I think it might've been the mylar provided in the ward's kit. Last year, my partner and I ordered a ward's kit, and the mylar covering provided in it was a clear, plastic trash bag with green lettering. If ward's is using the same covering, then you might've saw the ward kit's mylar.

well i havent tried those kits yet but they seem interesting. it shouldnt be too hard, we literally threw a random motor on there with like some random wingpost settings and got over a minute already. keep in mind that was all random. so it shouldnt be too hard to get to a minute. in fact, i know quite a few people who have passed the minute mark with planes similar to the ff kit, so with the kit itself it shouldnt be too hard to get up in that range. are you just starting out with the ff kit?

could you send a link for the kit you are referring to? ive browsed that site before but im not entirely sure i have the one youre talking about. from what i can see, they all use tissue as covering which isnt the best idea. they also kind of go on about unnecessary things like color and looks of the plane, so i dunno how to feel about that. did you mean senior kits, because they dont make science olympiad kits....

I have experience in Wright Stuff but I was using the JH aerospace kit but I’ve decided to switch onto FF.
