Just to be sure (since my question wording was vague) you're saying that you know that there's an overlap between members?alylam wrote:It does.Unome wrote:I've heard rumors that Centerville's SO team overlaps with their Science Bowl team (of which the latter's Nationals is on the same day as SO State). Re: Ohio 2018
From what I know, and this might be outdated, there are about 5 members on both their scioly and scibowl team who are going to scibowl nats instead of states next weekend.Unome wrote:Just to be sure (since my question wording was vague) you're saying that you know that there's an overlap between members?alylam wrote:It does.Unome wrote: I've heard rumors that Centerville's SO team overlaps with their Science Bowl team (of which the latter's Nationals is on the same day as SO State). Oh wow 5 people is really significant. I can definitely see that knocking them off top 3 if not much more assuming these members cannot be relatively effectively replacedPrivate Wang Fire wrote:can confirm Centerville NSB kids are not going to Scioly statesUnome wrote: I've heard rumors that Centerville's SO team overlaps with their Science Bowl team (of which the latter's Nationals is on the same day as SO State). Re: Ohio 2018
I wouldn't place them outside of 150 points even with 5 people out, especially since Centerville tends to have a fairly large pool. But, definitely depends on the specific people.windu34 wrote:Oh wow 5 people is really significant. Does anyone with experience in Ohio have a guess as to when awards will actually start? I have a multi exam from 5:30-7:30

Re: Ohio 2018
Hi guys this is URGENT
The Mason mission is in a desperate need of an Erlenmeyer flask that is 125 mL with a size 6 stopper.
We broke ours just a few hours ago and we have no means of getting another one by tomorrow morning.
Will any team be willing to lend an extra one? We'd be very grateful if you could. Our homeroom is Enarson 0230.
Thank you
