I'm not going to tell you anything about whether or not your idea is right, but I will say that brieven aantallen should be brief aantallen. This may or may not change anything; if you're smart enough, it shouldn't.

that doesn't help assassinator there is no cypher that has the title brief numbers i don't thin this clue is solvable

The clue might be solvable for you because you know how to do it, but are you sure that it's possible for somebody else?
Somebody might protect Gguy5 because if you do letters numbers on 34 20 31 38 20 45 20 37 20 43 (hex of 4 18 E 7 C) then you get 34 T 31 38 T 45 T 37 T 43 T. Vigenere that then you get 34 I 31 38 L 45 O 37 P 43 L. Take the letters and mix them around and you get polli, which in Icelandic means small boy. This is a huge stretch, but I think that's what it takes to solve this clue. No offense assassinator, but we don't have much to work with. I'm not going to protect anybody yet, I'll see if you guys get anything. Robotman is probably going to come up with something. I'm really interested to see how to solve this clue (if possible).
