It says "each student." At regionals, you should check ahead to make sure the event supe understands what that means, but at States, I think you can assume that they will.

We had our regionals today. We were allowed 2 peices of paper.

Now Im confused. I dont wanna show up with 2 sheets and then get one taken away from me.
Okay, so we brought in two sheets, but the supervisor said we couldn't. So, I pulled out the rules! The A team told me to calm down for some reason.

The national chemistry events chairperson ran this event at my regionals, and we were allowed 2 sheets.
