wow those look pretty difficult with all the angles you could put them at!! I'll see if I can find them anywhere.
well, sure. zoobs look like good practice if yur sure that yur competition's gonna be toy sets.eak227 wrote:If you want the most difficult commercial building set to write with, I highly recommend going out to buy a small box of Zoobs. If you and your partner can get a structure of about 20 of those built perfectly within the time limit, you should be ready for national competition.

At Aviation last year we got a WIDI that was made of Swedish fish of differing sizes and colors and toothpicks.
It was challenging. my partner wrote things like "stick the toothpick straight out of its butt" and we ended up getting 1st!

is NJ the only state that actually tells you what they're going to use at competation?
but still, if they know about it, then it would be easier for them to make it to nats, while all the other states have to work a lot harder to try and guess to make it.jazzy009 wrote:what's unfair about it? everyone who takes that test will know about it so no one has an advantage. now, if they told NJ people what was going to be at nats and no one else, i'd say thatd be unfair.
i don't see how its easier to make it to nationals because all the teams in NJ get the info, and we don't get it for nationals...inycepoo wrote:but still, if they know about it, then it would be easier for them to make it to nats, while all the other states have to work a lot harder to try and guess to make it.jazzy009 wrote:what's unfair about it? everyone who takes that test will know about it so no one has an advantage. now, if they told NJ people what was going to be at nats and no one else, i'd say thatd be unfair.
