9th graders are only on the Division B team. It's been a policy to not allow 9th graders on Division C, just as basically a "non-compete" between B & C.
So the class of 2017 is in ninth grade right now, so they didn't graduate yet from div b, like said in a previous post?
That would be correct.

Oh I can't math. I meant to say that the class of 2016 (current sophomores/rising juniors) is extremely talented. Although I do expect a bit of drop-off in terms of performance compared to last year, I'm confident the div B team will still do well at Nats.

Top 30 I feel is too hard to comment on because 15-30 could go any way, but i feel magsig should definitely be in top 10

Edit: but I do congratulate you on creating a list that in most areas seems to be quite accurate

While I do concur that top 30 is hard to do, I nevertheless congratulate you and commend you for trying :P

Now, I do have to ask why Community MS is 20th? I ask not because I have NJ bias, but because historically speaking, they are 2-time national champions and while they may not be as consistently strong as they were before, they're still a team to be reckoned with. And in between the two times they did actually win nationals, they had a twelfth place finish at nationals one year.

I'm assuming you think they're going to do worse rather than improve?

also, SOLON is most probobly going to win. also, magsig and springhouse probs be top ten. Also Beckendorff... they got 2nd at their state so even if they do get top ten, the people who beat them will too.

While I think Springhouse will perform admirably, no PA B team has placed in the top 10 since 2008 (Sewickley placed 6th). I find it a bit of a stretch for Springhouse to place top 10 in their first year of nationals...

Eh. You have to keep in mind that Riverwood, the team that beat Beckendorff, dropped a few events that are official events. On the other hand, Beckendorff dropped the non official events, doing only the national Science Olympiad events. Take a look for yourself.

oh sry, i confused springhouse and SAA cuz they are both new teams. Sry abut that. I think your placements for them are close to correct. but i still think magsig should be up there.
