My proudest moment in Science Olympiad is basically the time frame between Regionals and States this year. Let's just say that I have a tendency to do pretty badly in Regionals.. so I have no idea why I even made it into States. I guess my events just fit in with everyone else's. At Regionals I got an 18th in Anatomy, 6th in Meteorology, and I didn't even place in Fossils, my favorite event this year. I ended up studying my butt off for States and came home with a first place in Anatomy, second in Fossils, and third in Meteorology. In general, I'm just proud of myself for putting in so much effort for the competition and actually achieving something that gives me bragging rights

I got ribbons and medals in A&P (my favorite event) all the way from the first invitational to regionals this year. That was our second event to do that, and our team is kind of legendary for being generally horrible at A&P.

So I'd say my proudest moment was getting a medal in it at regionals.

(Especially considering that I spent countless hours studying for it and basically coaching it...)

Plus a 6th place over all medal for my teams top ten finish :D :D

All of the time I spent studying for Crave the Wave was wasted as next to no math was included on the Nats test, and my hopes and dreams sputtered to a stop with the dumb mistakes I was bound to make pushing me out of the top 6.
And even after my massive fails, we still managed to come 9th.
Oh yeah, top 20 in all of my events and top 10 in half of them made me pretty happy, too.

Haven't been on here in a while, so I'll update mine now: winning 3 medals at my first Nationals.

Pretty much this. Also winning my favorite event at Nats was definitely a plus :D
