I think it's a reasonable guess that these are not in fact the targets (Anomaly could be, perhaps) and just part of the clue and writing

Whoever the Sassy is has probably been around for a while, being that they know all these people. The sig is "Deny thy computer and refuse thy stupidity". Possibly a Pi-Bot reference? I'm not sure.
Sassy mentions Scratch a lot... isn't there someone with the Scratch cat as a pfp?
