Well, there are a lot more pawns in this game than in chess--all of Scioly.org are pawns, minus the officers. for number 2, you can't castle queenside until the fifth move. The notation is O-O-O. The letter used for the knight in chess notation, as well as the phonetic first letter, is N. I think they're trying to spell out something with these letters.

I noticed these because the word arbitrarily seemed to be arbitrarily placed in there.
