Somewhere near he Utah border can mean that it's in Utah. Not in Colorado can mean that it's in Utah, but on the border of Colorado.

...it just occurred to me that the quote was Things2do's location :( These last few games have been pretty strange.

ETA: since I have no idea what I'm doing anyways, considering that the last sassy was not very conspicuous (didn't appear to be active in most recent games), I would look into those who have communicated with eddpmett/Anomaly and could possibly be running this game. Connections to botany/general biology could be a potential red flag. (I'm looking into waffletree at the moment, but I don't have definitive proof yet.)
