uh...why is the third place bridge for div c at a height of only 7 cm....isn't that out of specs????????

I don't know. I wasn't able to watch any, as I had a full schedule. Maybe it was wider than the Standard Minimum clearance, so that the block fit between it.

There's now a picture of the safety tower in the image gallery. One detail; in the photo, the tower leg bracing piece blocks your view of where the safety chain attaches to the load block. The last, lower link of the safety chain has an eye-bolt hanging down - chain attached to the eye, threaded part hanging down. Threaded part screws into the coupling nut - which you can see. Load block eye-bolt screws into the bottom of the coupling nut.

Oh, I see now. So the chain prevents the block from pulling through the bridge which usually causes other breaks. After the bridge breaks, the block and bucket just kinda hang there. Thanks for putting that picture up there. It clears things up. I'll definitely build that when I have more time.

Standard minimum clearance is 7.5 cm though...

Then how did the bridge from michigan with a height of 7 cm not get in tier two
