Sorry, just butting in on your guy's forum:
You don't really need 23 event coordinators, nor all that stuff for an invite. I mean, if you really just want practice and such, host a 2 or 3 school invite. We did that last year and years past and it works really well. Call some old team members to help out, ask parents, maybe have ribbons or something. If you guys can't run a full fledged invite, try something a little different. And if you don't have the space to run a few events, well you don't have the space. Maybe try a trial event or something instead, or just do 22 events.
Just one option in case you need it.
