Nationals Swap Meet 2010!

Hey, here's an idea that I just thought of!

Considering the swap meet is about trading stuff, why don't we start Science Olympiad trading cards? :3
I'mdefinitelynotthinkingofmyPokemonandYuGiOhfandomsrightnow.

If you decide to make some, make sure they're on something stronger than printer paper. Print them on fancy-pants glossy paper, stick tape all over them, laminate them, draw them on an index card, whatever. Just as long as they're slightly durable. :3

I like the idea and it's totally something that I'd do (if I had the time... we had our states 3 weeks before nats, so everyone is kinda cramming their brains out...)
I'd see if I have any time to make some (Prob not as our team leaves Wed.) but if I do, I'll bring 'em!

I've never really gotten that "Don't Mess with Texas" thing. Personally I think Kansas is a tougher, cooler state. Although I do like cowboy hats.

Well TX was until the US bought Alaska but they probably came up with that before Alaska was bought. But I'm not an expert on TX so this is all presumption.

I think it has to do with the revolution and diehard patriotism. And Texas is the largest of the lower 48, and Alaska is a frozen wasteland..............
