Just to clarify, when you guys mention box beam/compression box, do you basically mean 4 main compression sticks but connected with bracing?

Obviously you wouldn't roll it. I guess you could glue 4 long strips to make a box, or you could just drill a very long hole through the entire column (not a good idea)

Ao far, highest 2870, box design boomilever with Div B spec, 2340 can be obtained; tube boomilever, with div B spec 2260.

Epoxy glue for key joint and foam polyurethane glue (Lowe's gorilla expansion glue, you have to remove the extra glue) for secondary joint. It would take 24 hour to develop full strength. You may need to plan 3-4 days to make one boomilever.

Is the box design the compression box or a box made from sheets?
