Gonna be a tough battle for nationals in both divisions.

Yes you are correct. Now it all comes down to the State competition...

I doubt it - First of all, SAA beating MM was a big accomplishment, however it's something that doesn't occur every year. MM still makes nationals many other years. Second, things are very different between last year states and this year regionals. I don't think that SAA beating MM had a large margin, and Twin Groves almost beating SAA at a regional where MM and/or DW weren't there isn't a good indicator. While Twin Groves does seem likely to beat SAA, either teams beating MM doesn't seem plausible.

1. Naperville North (34)
2. Naperville Central (97)
3. Hinsdale Central (98)
4. IMSA (108)
5. Benet (148)
6. Lisle (153)
Omg. State this year is going to be a nasty battle for a National Bid. On top of that, it looks like IMSA, Hinsdale Central, and Naperville Central still performed very well considering the competition here.
HOLY PIGEON!
NAPERVILLE NORTH PULLING OFF A NEAR CLEAN SWEEP! They wiped the floor with some of the top teams in the state! Nothing got less than 6th! This is very impressive and I think this performance is better than Stevenson's at CLC! If anything I think this confirms the viability for Naperville North going to nationals! If they maintain their strength and Stevenson or New Trier slip up on one of their events and bomb then I can safely say that there goes their Nats bid!!! Top 3 is gonna be a war zone. No doubt about it. I think the point difference between 1st and 3rd at state will be less than 20 points. Calling it right now.
Same thing for division C. While a score of 34 is certainly very impressive, it means nothing if there aren't other data points to base off of.

TL;DR I know nothing about IL scioly but these are my thoughts.

MM completely dominated their regional. Kennedy, Butler, and UC Lab all finished in the top dozen places at State last year - they're not MM or DW, but they should be decent teams. MM scored 26. At the U Chicago invite, MM were almost 50 points clear of Twin Groves. I don't think there's much doubt about MM and DW taking the top two spots this year - the only question is which one of them will take first.

Twin Groves, Woodlawn, SAA, and South can compete for the next few places.

Yeah I'm curious how these results are accessible. Like in previous years, I don't think the results will be posted on Avogadro. Does anyone from CLC possibly have any form of the full results? Don't get me wrong this right here is very helpful (thank you Narwhalicorn), but is this all the information everyone from CLC has? Just curious.

You are absolutely right fiddhantfen. I have a feeling in my gut that tg will be heading to nationals this year

I’m pretty sure that’s what they gave the competing teams too.
