We're offering a huge lineup of items, including commemorative 35th anniversary T-shirts, hoodies, quarter-zips, mugs, water bottles, and much more!
Shop the store now at
http://science-cornellstore.com/ and select from the following options:
1. Write your team name so your coach can pick up your merchandise upon arrival to Cornell
2. Pick up your order any time during the tournament weekend at the Cornell Store
3. Not attending the tournament? We'll ship the items to your house!
Will things such as pins be provided to attendees, like previous years?
Pins will be a for-sale item, but we will be giving out some cool gifts to competitors (drawstring backpacks to name one thing)!

Thanks for reaching out rfscoach! A tentative schedule of some of our fun events is posted now! Please visit the "Fun Activities" section of our website for details.
We wanted to hold off on posting details until times/locations were finalized, but the outreach from coaches asking for something just to show their parents/school boards has made us change that thought process. This week into next week will be home to a slew of updates on our website regarding activities, so stay tuned!
Are the oldies being ran like trial events?
Like are there going to be medals given out for them and whatnot?
also, any ETA on the announcement of those?
Oldies will be ran similar to trial events. We'll allow any competitor/alternate from a team to participate, but probably limit it to two students per team like any other event (TBD based on space availability). The winners will be announced at the opening ceremony to receive some sort of gift related to their event along with a medal (likely a different medal than the standard nats one).
We're in the process of reviewing the rules for the events on our shortlist and should have a final decision by the weekend! We'll post rules along with the events on our website.

I've heard multiple answers to the question but: Will Bill Nye be present at the Opening or Closing ceremonies?

Haven't heard of this until now, but that'd be pretty cool if he showed up somewhere.

Just a few questions: When will the event supervisor lists be uploaded, and will there be auto-loaders for both Div B and Div C Boomilever? Moreover, when will all the homerooms be sorted out and posted?

The NES list is typically included in the tournament program, so I wouldn't expect one until much closer to the tournament, possibly not until you arrive and check in. I also doubt you'll be able to answer your Boomilever question until the coaches/rules meeting after opening ceremonies - this information isn't typically released.

Nick is right. The balsa structure events are pretty consistently run year to year - figure out what was done last year and that will be a good indication.
