I looked it up in google maps. 250, 60 are the coordinates, and 50th street is smack dab in the middle of palm beach.

EDIT: It's actually within 2 miles of my hotel.

Cedavis6 sneaks up behind thehydrogenpoptart readies her lemon. Just as she's about to just about to jump out and squeeze it into her eyes, the lemon spontaneously combusts and turns into ash. As Cedavis6 is cursing at her scorched hand, mrburrito walks up to thehydrogenpoptart and throws his accusation lemonade into her face. mrburrito ends up with a black eye and spends that night in jail, while thehydrogenpoptart walks free.

Is he not allowed to do anything while in jail?

So, we have three colors, two blocks of letters, and 'image.'
Thoughts:
Colors are target's school colors?
Colors are red, white, and blue, the american flag(which is an image). Can that be used to target to anyone? Perhaps someone with a flag in their avatar/sig?
The letters, when decoded, may work alongside the colors to produce the target?

I would bet those 'coordinates' are just r,g,b color numbers. Probably one of the texts is a username and ones a location, like the title block on the left. But that's just a guess

The color is the bright red I posted.

I protect Crazy Puny Man because he's valuable, and if each color is a word, there would be three words in the username.
