Neither. All of the savvy Illinois Olympians get their information via Facebook ;) .

Ah, that would explain it (I don't have a facebook).
I already see some annoying conflicts, especially in blocks 1 and 4 :T oh well, nothing we can't work around.

I have a Facebook, but I hate it.

Just made a really good decision:
Only doing 2 building events
and doing 2 lab events.
No more.

Or I might go insane O.o

!! IMPORTANT !!
From ISO:

ISO wrote:State, Regional, and invitational schedules are based on these B and C conflict groupings. General schedules will be available soon.
This should alleviate some concerns.
Generally, When does block 1 start? and when does block 5 end? Last year I thought there were like 6 time slots (plus disease detectives being the one they set aside first) with even/odd schools going to diff. events at diff times.

noyournameisnotkevin, good question. I dunno about the order (ie if Block 1 is first or last or if there's no method to their madness), but I, too, think there are always seven blocks. The first block is always Disease Detectives coupled with some impounding. That leaves six blocks left. Five of those are the five event blocks, and one is a free period depending on your team number (even/odd numbers at Regionals and invitationals and number groups at State).

The "conflict blocks" were posted so that teams would have information when choosing/assigning events. For example, in C division, if you are preparing for both Rocks and Fermi, you will not be able to compete in both at the same competition. These will always conflict. The actual schedules, based on these blocks, will be posted by regional and invitational directors. The Full state schedule will be posted on the ISO website.
