Scioly Assassination 59: At The Bell's Chime

This clue looks a lot to me like one using the first or last letter of every entry to spell something out, much like fmtiger124 did once, though I don't have time to look into it.

I'm worried that this assassinator is going to try to kill me off again, if not on this clue, one of the next ones, I want to at least get one accuse in before the end of this clue if thats the case.
Currently, zyzzyva is among my biggest suspects, any thoughts anyone?

I cannot finish the clue tonite, as i have homework to do. So, here is my process, and im handing it off to you guys.

So here is what i did wrong: I think the last number in each line refers to a letter in the post the numbers point out, not a word.

Format the numbers so it fits the above template. Here is the first one:

the last number in the sequence is a 1, so if someone wants to grab the first and last letters, we can still pump this out tonight. The same thing would work if the number was 31. start from the last letter and count back 31 places, start from the front and count in 31 places. When i did this, i included spaces. I think i was wrong, so don't count spaces this time.

EDIT: going through the first 3 I have MY V (space inserted on assumption...I'm pretty sure I'm doing this right and this is going from the front rather than the back)
