It's super disappointing to hear about the teams that aren't being allowed to go. Is there any chance your county will lift the ban/allow you to go if you don't take a school bus so it's not "school sponsored"?
I had actually thought about this and asked my coach about it, however, I believe that because of the circumstances (at least in my scenario) I would be temporarily suspended for going, whether it is due to disobeying the rules set or the possibility tghat I would get the coronavirus.
Wow, that's really unfortunate. I'm surprised they'd take action this harsh.

The Western Long Island Division B regional competition is today, and I'll hopefully be there for awards. If anyone is interested, here is the link to the awards spreadsheet I plan to run!

I really wanted to say that
Congratulations to all teams!! First ever states bid for HBT team A, and CP Weber will attend (barely), in a decline from last year.

I have heard similar things, but I think it’s best to wait until we get an official announcement from the state director/a post on the website before we post anything on here.

Do you have an official source for this?

Oof, I can imagine how everyone feels right now because it happened last night for SoCal.

Yeah I'm a little bit skeptical of an account that was created 16 minutes ago not giving a source . . . As others have said, let's wait for official announcement.
