Pretty sure Marie Murphy will be able to beat Twin Groves, considering that they had a regionals score of 26.fiddhantfen wrote:TG and DW for Nats this year...maybe Marie Murphy might take the Dub thoTheChiScientist wrote:Dang TG and SAA duking it out hard by the looks of it. Re: Illinois 2019
Omg. State this year is going to be a nasty battle for a National Bid. On top of that, it looks like IMSA, Hinsdale Central, and Naperville Central still performed very well considering the competition here.tchennn wrote:COD Regionals C

NAPERVILLE NORTH PULLING OFF A NEAR CLEAN SWEEP! They wiped the floor with some of the top teams in the state! Nothing got less than 6th! This is very impressive and I think this performance is better than Stevenson's at CLC! If anything I think this confirms the viability for Naperville North going to nationals! If they maintain their strength and Stevenson or New Trier slip up on one of their events and bomb then I can safely say that there goes their Nats bid!!! Top 3 is gonna be a war zone. No doubt about it. I think the point difference between 1st and 3rd at state will be less than 20 points. Calling it right now. Also, I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that Hinsdale C will not make top 5 this year as they have gotten much weaker over the past 2 years. Once all Div. C regionals are posted on Avogadro I think it will be time for state predicts.

Re: Illinois 2019
Stevenson didn’t get a single placement below 3rd (though this is only including varsity don’t know about overall). Other than that, I agree that this is gonna be real interesting.TheChiScientist wrote:HOLY PIGEON!chrroh wrote:Omg. State this year is going to be a nasty battle for a National Bid. Re: Illinois 2019
Considering SAA made Nats last year by beating Marie Murphy, and TG almost beat them, its highly likely that TG will surpass them both.
