Perhaps the Old Board link could be changed to what is on archive.org, so that there's at least something other than a error message.

The original code only showed "UTC" regardless of your personal timezone setting, and I replaced it to show many more options. The snow effect uses Javascript so if you aren't seeing it, you may need to enable Javascript in your web browser.
