i'm sick right now with it most likley, because like all the kids where i live have it, and they will not close schools, even though over 40 schools around us have it!

I got my swine flu shot two weeks ago

3%? That isn't very significant.

A few weeks ago my old high school had about 25% of the students absent.

that is really scary... they will declare a district wide emergency for us at 10%

I had Swine Flu on my birthday left year.
It was not fun.

I marched in the Memorial Day parade a few days prior, and I thought I was gonna die. I just thought it was from dehydration, though. When I got home, and I didnt feel much better, I started to worry. Went to school the next few days, stayed home on Thursday, and went to school on Friday, my birthday, cause I didnt want to miss driver's ed (it was a huge pain to make up) even though I felt terrible. After I got home I just felt awful so I stayed on the couch on my birthday. Luckily, my mom got me the last Pendragon book for my birthday, so I read it while I was sick.

i had swine flu once... i missed a whole week of school!!!! horrable right!?

Uhh we had 34something out of 1200 absent a week or so ago (I think 346 but I don't want to lie.) And nobody's really worried (Or was). I probably had it...It's not that bad, you just get tired.

Eh, it's not exactly fun.

I had a terrible headache that just wouldnt go away, a fever, and my body just felt sore. I was tired and just felt bad, overall.
But I got over it after around a week or two.
