Try taking a look at the score sheet on soinc.
elmers wood glue and basswood. i personally hate balsa.

well thats obvious but like the rules say that you can't use certain types of wood and glue so I was wondering if like there was anything special to use that would give you an edge like make your bridge lighter or stronger if you use this glue or this wood in a certain way :?:

Well, it mostly depends on your design. (the way you "put your bridge together") You could also laminate your wood and use strong glue. I recommend wood glue because if you use superglue, the joints are more breakable.

well we can't all have good designs.......bridges are like waffles, you always throw the first batch out.

And that's why there's only one winner. :D But it's still possible to design a GOOD bridge. :)

And wood glue is heavier than super glue.
