They do pics because you can't attain some specimens. But they could do better pics. And rocks and minerals are relatively common.
What if were going into paleontology?Kokonilly wrote:If you have any questions about Rocks and Minerals, I would suggest going to the Rocks and Minerals thread, and Fossils is going away next year, so there's very little point in asking questions about it now.

What? My point was that this thread has deviated off-topic about an event that's going away. That's all.Cheesy Pie wrote:Is the facepalm you being me?
i heard that white was for Q answers and gray were tie breakers??Cheesy Pie wrote:Does anyone else have a different theory on the gray boxes? I have to get multiple answers for everything.
Nats div C fossils test had awesome specimens... except one that both me and my partner had no clue... the small one that looked retangular with circles in the 2 corners... a bone, no clue what tho... and we failed on the skull, i thought it was a leg bone... where did they get such an incomplete triceratops skull anyway...?paleonaps wrote:Apparently the B test had amazing specimens, but the C test...shiver. Terrible specimens.
the ornithology test had fine specimens... sure they were stuffed in oversized test tubes, but based on even the faded colors I could still easily ID them all... true this is the person who was third talking but over-all we thought we did bad... ran out of tim, had to skip Qs... however the extra time at the end allowed us to fill in random bubbles on the MC sections...Kokonilly wrote:Actually, I though the fossil specimens were pretty good...paleonaps wrote:Apparently the B test had amazing specimens, but the C test...shiver. EDIT: Oh, ornithology. >.<
