Is there a way to adjust the KiB on my avatar? Every time I try an image is says the file must be below 6 KiB.

The maximum is there so that avatars do not take up significant server space.

Try going into MS paint and saving it as a different filetype (I usually don't have a problem with jpg).

Uh, via the user control panel?

I have a collection of 40-50 avatars saved to my computer that I switch freely between.

Post editing remains disabled in: Build Events, Competition Advertising, possibly others.

EDIT: Nevermind, either it was client side or it's working again.
