I'm flattered that the Assassinator put me first in the sig AND just targeted me. Anyways, this marks three days. I have a protection. I'm really tired (long tournament day today). Anyone have any leads I can work from?

Did a quick google search and noticed something about the 15th census. IDK what that will help with and I know this will make me a civilian, but I want to help. Anyways, it has something to do with the wards in Philadelphia.

Digits are equal to 12, if that means anything.
I'm thinking this might be referring to someone's post count?

All of those numbers divided by 26 (each as in 302, 132, 100) = the letters LED *when you round it and count up the alphabet*
Might have to do with a flashlight being deadly or something?
