I actually highly enjoyed the event, but I only did it at States, not Nationals (I was covering for the girl who usually did it at States due to a conflict, she took it back for Nats), so I gave the list and binder back to my partner, so I sadly don't still have it.

The 2004 list (or at least a version of it) is on the wiki.

That's really helpful

. Time to go off IDing...
This is targeted toward gneiss: If there was a binder, are we allowed to tape leaves into it?

we had a state list which was just the national list minus like 10 birds

Hmm that's a good question. I have no idea, to be honest.

If I bring my own Forestry notebook into competition am I allowed to bring in real leaf and/or bark sample(s) for that tree species?

the question was asked above, and Gneiss says he isn't sure. I guess we won't know until someone puts in an official clarification after the rules come out.

Well, if you just took a picture of a leaf, there would be no question as to whether you could bring it in to competition. And it would not decompose or get damaged.

I mean for Fossils, we are allowed to bring pictures of fossils so I guess for forestry, we can do the same.. There's much more than that, not just identifying.
