But all of the sudden, there is no mediator, only a "judge" who may be one of the assassinators, and it seems we don't have any control over the game. Suppose we do correctly guess an assassin? What if brobo is working with them? What if they chose brobo for that purpose? (No offense brobo, but you can be easily bought...

)Without the mediator, this game is suddenly on the brink. The two of you who did this, I urge you to return power back to starpug.

This wasn't torture, it was a fresh idea, and you could honestly have given him some respect by letting it play out. I'm ashamed of both of you.
Uh z.....pug was forced out by a general consensus of game playing people on chat.....

I don't have the full story. That may be true, but it might not change my stance in this argument.
Don't know much about this. Did starpug agree?
For those of you who thought I'd never take a stand for starpug- yes, I just did.

Sorry for the double post, but here's what I've gathered is what happened. Several of the usual chat suspects started whining about the middle man, and decided to force starpug out. He appeared to consent, allowing this to happen. None of this directly involved the two assassinators, unless one or both were on chat.
Still, both sides made some good points:
Nov 05 19:53:04 <RandomPerson> exactly what I was talking about starpug, takes too much effort
It does take more effort than is appreciated, especially when compared to other games.
Starpug made this point:
Nov 05 21:17:16 <starpug> oh so telling him [Jastrub, and his recent game] his game is more meant for a console is mean
Nov 05 21:17:32 <starpug> but telling me that my game is so bad you have ruled out carrying it on
Nov 05 21:17:35 <starpug> isn't?
starpug is right about this- give the game a chance. Forcing it out [in this fashion] isn't exactly acceptable
Of course, both sides also made some worse points:
Nov 05 16:49:54 <brobo> it's not that we haven't given it a chance- it's just we don't like this new way
Wrong. You haven't. We hadn't even gotten through the first clue! This is basically telling someone, I don't like your idea for this round, we're shutting it down. If you didn't like sonnets, would you have tried to shut down my most recent game as well?
Nov 05 19:54:04 <starpug> gammar clues are bs anyway
But *grammar clues are fun!
Look, the bottom line is, the transfer of the game isn't a terrible act, but the way it was done was unacceptable, bringing back tones of the EOotA. Give the game a chance, you all agreed to play the game, so
play it. This is like being elected president and saying ten days into your term, "I don't like this. I'm not having any fun. I quit."

brobo wrote:Woohoo! I think this game will be much more fun now that the mediator is gone. Sorry starpug, but I think this will be a bit better!
EDIT: Hold on, isn't it possible that you claim that the first person to PM the account is, in fact, one of the Assassinators? We would never know, and you can still claim that someone dies, even if they were't the one voted on. How can we be sure that this isn't happening?
Hmm, that is a question that must be deliberated on.
For now you're just gonna have to trust the assassin, in future games a solution to this problem will have to be reached.

I wasn't aware that this idea was meant to become a model for all future games. The former model worked fine.

I did not put in the amount of time I've put into this to have it be a one hit wonder. And by amount of time, I mean about an hour

In response to zyzzyva98's post(or at least one of them): starpug requested that we kill him off, and return control to the assassinator. If you have a problem with this setup, then the person you should be talking to is starpug himself. I can confirm that starpug is in fact dead, and is not making any posts in our name.

As for the clues, I have absolutely no idea about the kill clue. ...it's a boat. 2 actually. It doesn't appear to be a picture the Assassinators took on their own, so I would think a reverse image search would yield it. Of course it doesn't. I reflected it horizontally and still got nothing. So if we even have a chance of solving the clue, it will probably come by figuring out the reverse image search.
As for our ability to kill people with accusations, I am continuing to abuse the system. I accused robodude (brobo) because he is now in a position where we need him to be an unbiased official. If he was dead he could be a bit more unbiased, I would imagine.

I too have accused brobo via the same reasoning.
