So it is a fact? I heard it this morning as a rumor. That sucks
Our high school is pretty close to a middle school that is our team's main feeder. We cheer them on, they cheer on us. Also, when I was a freshman, I still had younger friends on our middle school team. Yeah, it saves time, but award ceremonies always run late, and no one really minds too much.

Well, that's no fun. I've actually never heard of that being done before, though.

Fact. I confirmed it with a big cheese.
Well, you know...that's not exactly true. To people on scioly, I'm sure the wait's okay. To a
lot of parents without stuff to occupy them (they can't run around in the tiger/gator suit) and apathetic high schoolers (specific schools' names not mentioned), the wait is a problem. They all want to run off.
If we're waiting on some Div. C event like that insanely long wait last year (probably a reason for the split), Div. B awards can still go on and vice versa. I assume.
So yeah....I'll be hearing Div. C results sometime after Saturday

.

Sorry, I meant to reply to your PM, but I've been so busy preparing. I'm not in middle school, but when I was, I was at Lundahl. You may not remember them, because they didn't do so great last year. Now I'm at Crystal Lake South. If we go to State, you'll see us- we have obnoxiously neon yellow shirts. In fact, they're the kind of neon shirts that are certified for us to wear them on construction sites

I'm pretty sure all the guys on our team aren't going to be happy... our shirts were printed on dark purple shirts, with GLITTERY silver ink XDDD
Meanwhile... I must go to bed early today! I can do it, yes I can... oh, who am I kidding. I hope I don't fall asleep halfway through an event tomorrow.

Some of us are hoping that's the start of a new trend

...I mean, they weren't ever really huge threats, but they've gone to state in the past.

You guys don't, like...vote on a t-shirt design? Then at least nobody can complain if stuck with a crummy shirt...although it sounds unique...haven't seen any shirts yet this year I like. Hopefully will change my mind tomorrow.
EDIT: And good luck to everyone competing tomorrow at CLC, COD, and whatever the other one is down south...
