6:30 that's rediculus. I'm not even up at 6:30. I get to school around 7:20.

And yeah your logic makes sense so it is werid that it was set at that time. Not many people are up between 3:30 am (pacific) to 6:30 (eastern), especially the former, and it's not like the day before competition when i would be building up to that time :D

Pleiades wrote:wow i'm like in school at 6:30  smartkid lives in NY so that's eastern time so that means 3:30am pacific time. i doubt many people stay up that late or wake up that early on a school day.
I think the site goes by central time, so itd be 7:30 here in NY, which is still fairly early on a Monday morning to be posting. Ah well. Correct me if Im wrong, by the way.

The times that appear are displayed according to the timezone specified in your profile.

If you switch from UTC-4 to UTC-5, the "most users" time will shift too.

Can't threads get deleted my moderators instead of just locking them? Cause if there is no point to a locked thread then it's just taking up space.

There are benefits to locking a thread. For one, it sends a better message to both the creator and others. You can't use a bad thread as negative reinforcement if no one knows it ever existed.

this isnt really a problem it's just something i've noticed.. whenever i try to search something by clicking advanced search it works fine then when i try to search something else it says come back in a few minutes or something like that. Is it just my computer being mean or is there some sort of like flood limit for searches?

There is a flood limit for searches, yes.

I might take it off or lower it this weekend...
