The average predicted score for the first place team is 130.43.
Interestingly, almost team has the most votes for their placement. So like, Syosset has the most 3rd place votes, Kellenberg has the most 6th place votes, Great Neck South has the most 8th place votes, etc. The only exception to this is Ward Melville, which has the most 1st and 2nd place votes.
One more week to submit predictions, and more importantly, one more week until states! I still haven’t submitted mine lol but when (maybe it’s better to say if lol) I do I’ll post them on forums with explanations. Here is the link to the submission form:

Good luck to everyone! I hope to see more submissions in our final week. (As well as my own hopefully haha)

If the state competition is still happening, there is no possible way I can go, as this happened to our school one time before a couple of years ago due to weather where we were told by the district that we could not go to the competition, we said we would drive there individually, and they completely denied us that, threatening for suspensions and what not. RIP the dream
This is so saddening

I’m super sorry to hear your team can’t go, and as much as I hope states is held next weekend, I hope somehow your team can make it, and that no other teams suffer the same fate.
