I see a handful of friendly faces from my active time as a competitor!

Best of luck to everyone competing at Division B Regionals tomorrow! I'll be at the Eastern Long Island tournament all day helping out. If you see me, feel free to say hi! I love meeting people from scioly, just let me tell you about some of the encounters I've had...

Either way, New York looks stronger and more competitive than ever, and our state continues to embody the spirit of Science Olympiad with pride and humility. It's wonderful to see that not much has changed. I can't believe it's been 7 or 8 years since my SciO journey began, I'll be cheering on the competitors wishing I could do it all again!

Also, try to sleep y'all! I'm laying in bed remembering all those late nights before tournaments cramming, and wishing I knew the value of naps earlier. I know it's hard- so much to learn, so little time- but try to keep your health in mind! Even just a little rest is better than none.

Man, do I wish I was on deck to compete tomorrow! Good luck everyone!

I'm pretty sure that we take the written test for one of those sessions and then build the on-site model during the other session.

Do some teams have to share the same "homerooms" with other teams? I don't remember from last year.
