If you are eager to study, the trend has been away from allowing complete binders and shifting toward a field guide with notes or a few pages of paper (5 pages, letter paper, both sides, stapled in the top left corner containing information in any form from any source). I would be greatly suprised if the rules allowed a full binder to be used. It will most likely be limited to birds in North America (US Canada Mexico).soobsession wrote:we know that...but you can kinda make guesses...
