Meh, it's pretty true. I mean I had a marine bio book, but between state (where I got 10th) and nats all I did was read those lectures since I spent all my time on Entomology which I knew what to study for more. There really isn't much you need to know for this event that isn't covered there. It's actually kind of difficult to find stuff study for this event after your first year.
