The Audobon Field Guide to Fossils is sooooooo helpful

have you ever tried peterson field guides? they are REALLY helpful
i actually didnt like the audobon books compared to peterson for rocks and minerals but i might try their fossils book.

Do you guys cut out the pictures of the fossils from the audobon and glue it into the binder with a description next to it for faster access? I was thinking of doing that...

some people actually took apart the entire field guide and sorted the pages out for faster acces

hi! I'm new to this site but not to science olympiad. like ppl have said before, I like rocks and minerals better as well. Will we have to know the full biologic classification of each speciman? Thanks

yes and no, i mean your not suppose to be tested on it, but really can can you know the species name but not know the kingdom? its cumulative you kinda need to know the kingdom to know the phyllum and so on right?
