Apologies to the Muscatel girls on behalf of my teammates and I! Sorry if we offended you in any way at awards. I'm extremely sensitive to noise, and I know a few of the others are too. Congratulations on your medals and team placement! Have a great summer, and I hope to compete with you again next year!

Southern California Science Olympiad will be hosting a one-day Science Olympiad Summer Institute on Saturday, July 13th for all interested coaches. The 2014 draft rules will be distributed and discussed, giving coaches a valuable opportunity to offer feedback and get a head start for next season. SoCal state event supervisors will be presenting the rules. The Institute will be held at Muscatel Middle School in Rosemead (near Los Angeles), and the registration fee is $50.
