Re: SAT Scores?
wow that's interesting. So on your HS transcript there are only 3 years? Is your 10th grade year called freshman year or sophomore year?Phenylethylamine wrote:I'm in 9th grade, our district has 7-8-9 junior high schools. I'm taking M.

Re: SAT Scores?
No, 9th grade still goes on your high school transcript, and the 10th graders are sophomores... we're still freshmen, we're just at the junior high rather than the high schoolPleiades wrote:wow that's interesting. Re: SAT Scores?
I'd have to say that Princeton writes a lot of GARBAGE for the reading/writing. and all their questions are a different style compared to the real SAT.2win wrote:I personally like Princeton and Barron.
Barrons...well they're not as hard as the other ones, but (especially the math) cover the topics extremely well. 2 points.
So the books I recommend are:
The official SAT guide (durrr)
Barrons Math
Word Smart for Vocabulary (both 1 and 2)
Finally, RocketReview Revolution (its on amazon) is a really good crash course that covers everything. Good for Reading and if you have like 3 months before the test before you realize you should study (NOT RECOMMENDED)
