We've already had this discussion before. It's highly unlikely it will ever be implemented.

I agree when enviro, when he was obviously joking/trolling, you guys might want to lighten up, maybe laugh a bit ;)
It is difficult when people work their butts off and don't get to go to nationals for one reason or another. I am a coach and it gets annoying at coach's meetings when coaches are bragging about how their teams go to nationals every year when I know how hard my students work and the hundreds of hours they put in each year and still don't make it due to the tough competition. I can't imagine how it feels for them when they are the ones who put in all the time and effort and then have to listen to others brag about how their school goes every year. Only 60 schools per division get to go to Nats out of thousands each year. Maybe try having a little sympathy instead of telling them to lighten up.
Wait...what?

The point was that enviro was trolling. He wasn't bragging in any way whatsoever. I told zz to lighten up about the joke, not about making nats.

...You live in Michigan, which fields over 500 teams a year alone...

And I apologize if I'm not "lightened up" enough, but this is a subject I feel strongly about. It tends to make me annoyed when people say stuff like that, even in jest.

No worries ;)

I'm lightened up enough to not mind if you get irritated. I think I'd be too, were I ever in your position from last year.

Although I don't really doubt you at all, this is what we didn't want to be written here. Yes, your team might be the 3rd best in the nation, but really anything is possible.

Winning 3rd at nationals and saying you'll make it again this year isn't exactly defiant, I think you're looking for a different word- I would say definitely, but of course nothing is definite here, so I'd say the word you're looking for is may. My school may make nationals.
