I think the only way to go about solving this clue is by asking AlphaTauri what the coordinates had to do with Eyeball. She did say that only she could have solved that clue, because only she knew what to look for.
Edit: found the post.

There was more, I just cut out all but the part I was referring to.

Um, yeah, about that...The original target of that clue was me. It's the location of Aldebaran Creek in Queensland, Australia. Aldebaran= a Tauri. (Hey, I found it in the PM box.) I tried the clue out myself and couldn't find the answer, so I had to change it because I didn't feel like being dead. That would have made being Assassinator really difficult.
Therefore, I protect myself.
Odd, that protect. As soon as I read that, little red flags started going up. Let me elaborate.
No one questioned you when you changed your clue. Since most people frown upon assassins who change their victim, we can assume that no one realized the switch, and thus no one has ever linked the clue to you.
Let us further assume that you are indeed the victim. If that is the case the only one who could have made the clue is... you. If you are indeed NOT the assassin, then shouldn't you have come to the same conclusion?
Since we are in the mood to assume, let us AGAIN assume that you are the Assassin. You could be committing an "assassin suicide" to throw us off. Fortunately, this time using the clue would be foolproof. You knew someone would recognize the clue, and question it. You could then, as you just did, protect yourself by claiming that the clue points to you. You are, conveniently enough, an officer.
Anyone following me? Once again, I encourage accusing AlphaTauri.
