Sorry to double post, but big news: Indiana will not be holding bottle rockets this year. It is being replaced by the event Aerial Scramble.

Doesn't seem much different than the flight events, but with extra random variation thrown in because of variations in wood (which imo is basically the main problem with Bottle Rocket).

Yeah, from what I gather it's almost just a mix on ELG and Wright Stuff, with the added difficulty of kits. Seems to me like the best team will be the team that knows how to best trim the plane.

Well, if it's on the website, I would assume it's an event. You could probably contact your state director to find.

Hey @dcrxcode, edit the regionals listing - Feb. 4 is the official date of the Purdue WL Regional.

Btw I'm one of the supervisors for Forensics and Crime Busters at the Purdue WL Regional Tournament and I'm looking forward to seeing anyone competing that day! I am a mid-sized (5'5") Asian girl with glasses and a super hyper personality who will most likely be the one greeting those who dare to step foot in the crime lab
