I know that there isn't much "talk" about Idaho here :P , but I know that our team is definitely stronger. We have some very weak events, but also some that we are quite strong in such as Fossils, Invasive Species, Scrambler, Picture This (we have approximately 2000 words practiced), and Road Scholar. I don't see why we wouldn't win state again, but I've heard that Sacred Heart + Saint Marks are stronger this year... I guess we'll just have to see!

Wish me luck!
My events are: Fossils, Invasive Species, Picture This, and Disease Detectives
There wasn't much talk about Georgia until 1) teams got noticed nationally and 2) samlan, Jaol and I got on here to talk about it. Make your team suddenly good (easier said than done), start a state thread, and get a few more people from your state to be active on here, and you'll get some (useful) discussion.

Added you. Is Samlan coming as a coach if her team doesn't make it to nationals?

Yes, I'm chaperoning. (My team is probably not going to make it- there are 3-4 C Div teams in GA who are better.)

Ah yes, Fermi Answers. Where they give you the order of magnitude and you have to guess what it describes. Good times.

I'm dcrxcode from Carmel High School in Carmel, Indiana and will be competing in Disease Detectives, Green Generation, Cell Biology, and Astronomy. This is our team's first time attending nats (whoo!) - any tips?
