The CCD is the Calcite Compensation Depth.
Basically Calcium Carbonate dissolves due to the lower temperature, higher pressure, high CO2 content, and acidity of the water at this depth.

What are the four major classes of estuaries?
Also, what are the four main types of water mixing in estuaries?

1- tectonic 2- bar-built 3- coastal plain 4- fjord
As for the water mixing, is it salt wedge, partially mixed, well mixed, and fjord type estuaries? I have no idea.

Close! You got the classes of estuaries correct, however, the four main types of water mixing in estuaries are:
1) Vertically Mixed
2) Slightly Stratified
3) Highly Stratified
4) Salt Wedge
and if you could teach me how to use hide that would be great

The proportion of dissolved solids in seawater is to be seen as uniform throughout. (Concentration in one place is relatively the same as in another).
