chalker, can you type out all sixty scores for each of the twenty three main events and four trial events for each of the two divisions? I hope that isn't too much work, and thanks in advance!

True story from an invitational this year at which a Delta mechanical engineer was a guest speaker before awards (fortunately not someone from my team):
Chalker, I just got into MIT, so could you get me a free ticket to Boston?

This might be fun.....
bernard wrote:chalker, do I have to impound my partner?
No, but since you obviously are an integral part of the device, your partner needs to impound you.
SOnerd wrote:chalker, can you help me build my device?
No, but I'd be happy to point out how ridiculously over-engineered it is and how you youngsters have it so easy because back in the day when I competed we had to build all our devices out of shoestrings and chewing gum, while walking to impound in the snow, uphill.
syo_astro wrote:chalker, can you give me the answers to all the tests?
Yes, just send me 5 Bitcoins and I'll mail you a CD with all the tests/answer keys. Of course it might take a couple months to get to you - say around October;)
bernard wrote:chalker, what are the events for 2017?
Hmmm.. it's in my notes around here somewhere. Might take me a while to get back to you on this... and I'm real busy at work, so ping me again if you haven't heard back in around 3*10^7 seconds.

Not as long as you are wearing proper eye protection and have impounded your partner.

samlan16 wrote:Chalker, can you give me 50 minutes to fix my levers?
Yes. How about from 6-6:50AM?
Magikarpmaster629 wrote:Chalker, will a programming calculator be allowed? If so, can I use the TI-89 Titanium? :
yes, a programming calculator will be allowed to compete as long as it has a wristband and does not receive outside assistance.

I anticipated your request in advance, hence I already did that on Saturday.
blakinator8 wrote:chalker, can you just write all the tests for nats next year?
Yes. Here they are:
Event: ________
Team: ________
Task / Question / Station #1: Eloquently and at length, with supporting documentation, devices, and/or valuables, convince me to give you a high score.

No need. If you got into MIT you must already physically be in Boston, how else could be you 'in' MIT? Kids these days......

That was an epic typo on my part, I meant EEE, which has no shows for all teams
