Actually, the rule change is pretty difficult to understand. It took me quite a while to realize that's what it meant. After all, the Assassinator listed identical conditions for admittance of officers and informants:

*clarification - the informants are the five people who post after the OFFICERS. I guess there was a mistake in the rules I received. Carry on.
