YAY! Well, it doesn't look like anything's different, except for the few spelling mistake...They spelled Aeshnidae wrong..? Rightt? And the Miridae and Vespidae common name..YEP! Nothign seems different

I've actually seen Aeschnidae used a few times before, but I think it's a more rare version (I've seen "Aeschnidae" at a Chinese science museum though...). I feel like I will write "Aeshnidae" on tests out of habit.
Glad to know they corrected the information though.

Maybe they'll let us write it both ways?

I have a question..about Odonata....For Aeshnidae, do you think they'd mind if we put Aeshnidae instead of what the list tells you to put, which would be Aeschnidae?

I think the bold word "Aeschnidae" is what you should put down because the specifically changed them. But, unless you have a picky proctor, I doubt that points would be taken off.

If a proctor takes points off because of that (or any minor spelling error as long as it's not completely incoherent or too similar to another family/order name), that's a bit petty, especially because both spellings would be technically acceptable. However, many proctors will grade this event without the prior knowledge about the correct spelling of the family name and they will be going off what they see on the official list, so it's better to be safe than sorry; you're better off following what's on the list than being a know-it-all. At a certain point, you have to think about the benefits that you gain from putting what you define as the correct spelling of Aeshnidae (probably close to none) and and the possible risks that you might face.
