Yeah we just figured this out as well. Moving the time and location. 3:00 at the open rec fields

We (Munster) have to meet for the BBQ at that time, is it possible to keep the time at 2?
EDIT: also where are the fields?

The rec fields do not open until 3, otherwise we would have kept it the same time. Also, the fields are by the rec center.
