Thems fightin' words. Experience may be a factor, but planning, practice, and careful work ultimately wins.

Haha, such confidence, that's always a good attribute to have. I'm gonna do my best to coach 'em up this year though, so don't be surprised.

I would highly advise you to avoid overconfidence. Teams can rise very high, very fast, if they work hard enough, and giving them such good motivational fodder only helps them.

Haha today at the Chippewa Science Olympiad meeting we showed them this post and they went into a rage of motivation.
I think the main advantage you guys have over Chippewa is that a lot of people at Highview have competed before, so you can make a varsity team, whereas at Chippewa we had to just assign people to random teams. But of course that doesn't mean you guys are guaranteed a win.
